Featuring an elevated display kitchen in one of Miami’s most exciting restaurant spaces, The Redbury South Beach’s Lorenzo features hand-made pastas, pizzettes from a Ferrari-red, wood-burning oven; hot and cold antipasti; crudo; meats and seafood off the grill, house-made gelato, and Italian caffè. Lorenzo showcases the best imported Italian ingredients, such as Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, aceto balsamico and Parmigiano-Reggiano from Emilia Romagna and marries them with the highest quality ingredients from Florida’s farmers, fishermen and producers.
Celebrated mixologist Michael Jack Pazdon of Napa Valley’s Goose & Gander developed flavorful cocktails for the venue, including Italian traditional favorites with a twist and libations geared for Lorenzo’s sophisticated Miami clientele. Wine Director Cathy Mantuano pairs the menu with delicious Italian wines, champagnes and sparkling wines, with over 100 bottles and approximately 14 wines available by the glass.
In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner for the public, Lorenzo offers in-room dining and pool deck menus for hotel guests.
